As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for our members, we have added two new features that will significantly enhance search results. These new features include subprocesses and certifications, which will provide buyers with more options to refine their search and find qualified suppliers.
Subprocesses
We understand that buyers often have specific needs when it comes to manufacturing processes. To help them find the right supplier, we added a new feature that offers a comprehensive list of detailed subprocesses for each process listed on our platform. This feature will allow buyers to refine their search results and find exactly what they’re looking for. For example, if a buyer selects Machining and Precision Cutting as their desired processes, they will now have access to a range of specific subprocesses that fall under those categories.
Certifications
We know that certifications are essential for many buyers to ensure that the suppliers they work with meet the necessary quality standards. To help buyers identify qualified suppliers, we added a new feature that allows them to filter their search results by certifications. We currently offer a list of relevant certifications such as AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR. This feature will enable buyers to find suppliers that have the necessary certifications for their specific industry or project requirements.
These new features will significantly enhance the user experience for buyers using our platform. By providing more options to filter and refine their search results, we hope to make it easier for buyers to find the right suppliers for their specific manufacturing needs.
