A Secure Platform For Vendor Discovery & Communication
Not only is the Sustainment platform secure to FedRAMP moderate, ITAR, and other CUI standards, we also provide the ability for companies to easily find compliant vendors who can perform specific manufacturing processes, and rapidly onboard vendors to a secure file sharing process directly on our platform.

To what standards is Sustainment file sharing secure?

Sustainment’s file sharing compliance includes SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Our platform infrastructure has been accredited at Impact Level 4, which is for Controlled Unclassified Information and has FedRAMP Moderate authorization. These compliance standards ensure all of our CMMC certified users can maintain their security standards while using our platform.
What files can be shared on Sustainment?
Sustainment accepts all file types from PDF to CAD files and complex machining instructions. Sharing includes the ability to simply share (view) in a 3D rotational environment. Adding the ability to share files ensures our users can seamlessly collaborate with their vendors to fulfill all RFP requirements.
How do permissions work?
Customers can set permissions for recipients to view file only, view file for specific users, and/or file download.
Are there limitations to file sharing by account?
Sustainment offers our customers unlimited storage and a single file-size limit of 100GB. These limits are subject to change.
How does Sustainment help me find compliant or certified vendors?
Many of our users are contractually obligated to ensure that their subcontractors meet certain cybersecurity standards, so Sustainment provides its community the ability to list certifications and upload proof of compliance. Sustainment Professional customers can then select and prioritize certifications using our best-fit sourcing algorithm to scout for compliant partners and invite them directly into a secure network.
